However, according to some Youku commenters, Philippine Cebu Pacific Air did it before, and Capital Airlines has stole the idea.

Selected comments from Youku

lelefrancky: Faint! They copied it from Phillipine Cebu Pacific Air… The music is the same!

关霆恩: I don’t want to watch how they put them on. I want to watch how they take them off.

687321dfafs: Is it a flight to Japan? Is Aoi (Sora Aoi) available?

yintongskip: The girl at the front is so pretty…

VOo路过oOV:Next time, only taking off would be worth watching.

小小卡巴: Is it really easier for understanding than standard demonstration? A first-time flyer definitely won’t understand what the dance is about!

麥乐基: Another copycat of the foreign version. The dance, the song and the moves are all the same…(I am) speechless

4315183: It’s not a bad idea to raise people’s awareness of safety by means of dance. If they are replaced by aunties and uncles, I am afraid I wouldn’t be able to put up with it.

Soulゞ兰铯: Very chic. But older people may not accept it.

aiwoba3000: Female passengers who have their husbands sitting by their sides are very angry. Envious, jealous, and disgusted.

不会飞123:Learning from abroad means learning all of them. They did when the gas price was rising (abroad). They didn’t, however, when the gas price is falling!

heronggao: Nowadays air hostesses have really become whores.

风哗哗: Now for making that little money, they have to sell their dance and smile… sad.

It’s cute, but almost an exact copy of a Phillipines airline that did the same thing.
