In a bid to enhance cultivation of its residents and build an agreeable city, the city of Wuhan in Hubei province made public the name list and on-site photos/videos of those who jaywalked, parked cars in unauthorized locations, crossed a street without using a crosswalk, or littered trash. It is said that from now on, Wuhan is going to expose 10 residents “who have such bad habits” each week. (From Sina)
