According to this newspaper clipping, the latest invention enabled by the necessity is to install a candid camera onto a flipflop. When a woman is standing still, the man who wears it can stick out his feet and place it right under her crotch and begin videotaping of her private part.
Or, some men will act as if they were simply playing with their smartphones, while secretly filming with the built-in camera.
