While the disaster, which struck the area on October 4 after days of continuous rain, was an act of God, many are questioning why the students were still having classes during the National Day holiday. The Yiliang Education Bureau responded that the students were making up for classes disrupted due to the last month’s earthquakes. (Story: CNN)

    Funny how they place a pic of Romney and Obama smiling and shaking hands under the main news story. Looks like they planned it.
